Tenant Maintenance Requests: All building maintenance requests (light bulb replacements, rest room concerns, picture hanging, etc.) should be submitted to Leah Webber at lwebber@trimet.org or ext. 2266. Moving Together will either submit the request to the building landlord or refer you to the appropriate resource.
Building Conference Room Scheduling: The Building Conference Room located on the 6th floor, as well as the soon to be completed conference room on the plaza level, is scheduled through Lisa Boyd at Oregon Pacific at (503) 225-1102.
TriMet at HSQ Conference Room Schedule Displays: At Harrison Square TriMet has equipped all conference rooms with an electronic schedule display. The conference rooms are scheduled through Outlook, then the schedule will display at each respective conference room. Between 10 minutes prior and 15 minutes after the scheduled start-time for the meeting, an attendee must “check-in” at the display to confirm the room is occupied. A room will “open” for use if no one has checked in. Please refer to TriNET for additional reference information on the room scheduling system.
Marker Walls: Conference rooms contain one wall of marker board paint. Dry erase markers and erasers are provided in each room. In addition, both huddle rooms and offices have a strip of marker board on the outside adjacent to the door; the markers and erasers are located inside these rooms.
Night Cleaning: General janitorial service in the office is performed by ABM Janitorial. ABM starts service at Harrison Square at 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Paper Recycling: The building will provide “under the desk’ recycling boxes for paper on January 17th. Please use recycling stations set up in work rooms or break rooms until the desk side containers arrive. ABM will be collecting the paper recycling from central locations on Wednesday nights.
Plastic/Aluminum/Glass Recycling: All plastic/aluminum & glass recycling is collected in Break and/or Work Rooms. Cans and plastic bottled can be deposited in “mixed recycling” containers. Glass must be placed in a “glass only” container. There are separate bins for newspaper/cardboard, aluminum/plastics, and glass on the loading dock platform (by the maintenance shop at the P1 Parking entrance). Current building procedures call for recycling of, any bottles, cans, newspapers or magazines to be are the responsibility of the tenant. However, we are working with the landlord to provide full service recycling.
Bike Parking: TriMet is providing a TRACS-secured bike enclosure on the P2 Level of Harrison Square. The enclosure consists of bike racks for up to 40 bicycles and 13 full-height gear lockers. Space in the enclosure is intended for day-use and available on first-come basis. Signage is placed to direct smokers to an outdoor smoking patio at the SE corner of the property.
