*The 2013 employee monthly deduction is a cost authorized under ORS 243.756, that allows an employer to pass on the increased cost of insurance after expiration of the contract until the contract is settled. Under the terms of the expired labor agreement, full-time union employees pay $0.00 in premiums.

For same-sex partners, federal tax regulations will treat same-sex spouses as married if they were legally wed in any jurisdiction, regardless of their state of residence.
