The flashing yellow arrow will come up for a minimum of three seconds and a maximum of 12 seconds depending on the opposing through lane vehicle demand and a four second solid yellow arrow indication will always follow the flashing yellow arrow before turning to red. If you see the light turn from a flashing yellow arrow to a red light without becoming a solid yellow arrow, please note the date and time and call me (962-4947) so I can pursue it with the City of Tualatin. I know that this location is challenging, but the best option is to wait for an opening and take the time you need to make the lane changes.
